Parcel damaged?
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take a photo immediately as proof of the parcel and its contents. Then send this along with your order number to contact@faire-london.com so that our customer service team can find a solution for you.
Please note that you must do this within 24 hours of receiving the package; otherwise, your claim will be considered invalid.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know via email whether we accept it. If so, you can expect your refund within 14 days using the same payment method you used to place the order in our shop.

If you need to return an item, please keep in mind that our return address is in Asia, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, as we offer free shipping on your original order.
