• Order deadline: You have 12 hours to make changes or cancel your order before it’s processed.
• Processing time: Order processing time is 1-3 working days (Monday to Friday).
• Delivery time: Delivery time is usually 8-10 working days (Monday to Friday).
• Shipping costs: Free shipping.

Where do we ship to?
We currently only ship within the UK.

Order confirmation
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mails. This means we have your order in our system and have started the order processing process.

Order tracking
As soon as we ship your package, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail. You can use this tracking number on our tracking page to see where your package is. If you do not receive it or it does not work, please contact our customer service team.

Shipping
Once the order is placed, we need 1-3 working days to process it. After processing, your order is shipped and usually takes 8-10 working days to arrive.

Shipping costs
We offer free shipping on all orders.

Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, don’t worry! Tracking may be slightly delayed. Please allow an extra 2 days, especially around Black Friday, as shipping can take a bit longer.

Damaged or Wrong Orders
Received your parcel but noticed damage or incorrect items? No problem! Just take a few photos, add a brief description of the issue, and reach out to us with your order number. We’re here to help!
