At Faire, we ship your order directly from our international warehouse, allowing us to offer a wide variety of products that might otherwise be hard to find. This approach not only helps reduce shipping costs but also minimises CO2 emissions, contributing to a more eco-friendly solution. It enables us to provide competitive prices without compromising on service or quality, so you can shop responsibly while saving money.
Free Delivery Across the UK
We offer Free Shipping on all orders, with no minimum spend required! Your order will be delivered straight to your doorstep at no extra cost.
Processing Time & Tracking Your Order
All orders are processed immediately after receipt and dispatched within 1-3 working days from our international warehouse. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code, allowing you to easily follow your package via our Track Your Order page.
In most cases, this code is sent to you shortly after placing your order. If it takes a bit longer, you’ll receive it no later than two days after purchase. This way, you’re always fully informed about the status of your order.
Delivery Time
Our standard delivery time is 7-14 days. We strive to deliver your order within this timeframe. However, in rare cases, such as during holidays, vacation periods, or extreme weather conditions, delivery may take up to 28 days. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated on the progress of your order via our Track Your Order page.
Accurate Delivery Information
To ensure smooth delivery, it’s crucial that your shipping details are complete and correct. If there’s an error, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@faire-london.com, so we can update your details and ensure your order arrives without delay.
Order Cancellation
Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once they’ve been placed, as they are processed and dispatched immediately from our international warehouse. However, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. If you ordered multiple items in one transaction, the 14-day period begins when the last item is delivered.
Haven’t Received Your Package Yet?
If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived:
- Wait 24 hours, as it might be delivered the next day.
- Check with neighbours or the courier in case it was delivered elsewhere.
- Look in your letterbox, a safe place, or around your property.
If it’s still missing after 24 hours, contact our customer service team, we’re here to help!
Lost Deliveries
If your order is lost or undelivered despite the Track & Trace status showing it as delivered, please contact us immediately so we can investigate. We will work with the courier service to locate your package. This process can take several weeks or longer, as couriers prioritise such investigations differently. Your cooperation and communication will help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Our goal is to find a resolution that satisfies everyone involved. We appreciate your understanding and collaboration.
Uncollected or Refused Deliveries
If you’re not home during delivery, the courier will typically make up to two attempts to deliver your package. If delivery is unsuccessful, the package will usually be sent to a collection point where it must be picked up within the specified timeframe.
If the package is not collected, it will be returned to the courier’s warehouse and not to us. In such cases, we are unable to provide refunds. Customers are required to accept or collect their package. Refunds or cancellations are only possible by returning the package according to our Returns Policy.
If your package needs to be resent because it was not successfully delivered or collected, we will cover the cost of one re-delivery attempt. Any further attempts will incur a fee of £8, which will be charged to the customer.
